REQUIREMENTS:
- experience in written press, an advantage being also the experience in online press;                      
- Word, Excel, Power Point;                                                                               
- English proficiency;                                 
- flexibility, remarkable communication skills and abilities to establish human relations;             
- imagination, creativity, huge interest to store new knowledge:                           
- capacity of synthesis, good reaction speed and clear, correct and coherent expression;              
- workable attitude, initiative, dynamism, responsibility.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- synthesising and editing the content of the Company’s catalogue, other publication on the real estate subject, site, presentations, etc.;                   
- to process the editorial materials (images and text), with a distinct impress and a maximum of creativity;                     
- efficiency and good structuring of the materials from the department colleagues, following the working strategy of the management;                                                                                               
- monitoring constantly varied information sources: web pages, press and specialized magazines, in order to administrate and complete with new materials our web page.

SECRETARY

REQUIREMENTS:
- experience in English translations- written and spoken- advanced level;                     
- experience of minimum 2 years in secretarial activities;                                                                    
- communicative person, pleasant appearance;                                                                                  
- dynamic, intelligent, ambitious person;                                                                                           
- excellent communication skills;                                                                                                                    
- strong PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet);                                                        
 - preferable resident in 1st district.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- organizing all the stuffs required for an optimum deployment of the office activity;
- answering and transferring the phone calls;
- receiving and delivering mail in accordance with the internal regulations;
- to file and register internal documents and files;
- maintaining good relations with the suppliers;                                                                                 
- contracts’ administration;
- sustaining the activities of  all the departments;                                                                               
- translating the demands/offers and presentations for the Company’s site;                                      
- occasional translation activity during meetings.

REQUIEREMENTS:
- secretary with a minimum 2 years experience in primary bookkeeping, HR and secretariat;                     
- PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet);                                                              
- English at intermediate level- written and spoken;                                                                                      
- Extremely organised person, spontaneous, dynamic, persevering and with initiative;                                    
 - preferable resident in Otopeni, Baneasa or 1st district.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- making bank transactions: payments, cash withdrawals, cash savings, account extract, situation of balance;                                                                                                                                                     
- making invoices, receipt with Indaco Econ programme;                                                                  
- making labour contracts and the ceasing decisions;                                                                        
- making the additional papers for function or salary changes;                                                                 
 - participating to the job description, reports etc.;                                                                                     
- holyday situation, set up holyday requests;                                                                                            
- salary receipts at request;                                                                                     
- secretary activities.
